Who we are
Antifikar is a jewellery brand based in Mumbai, India, selling through antifikar.com (“we”, “us”).
What we collect
- Details you give us: name, email, phone number, shipping and billing address, and the messages you send us.
- Account details if you register: email and a password (stored in encrypted form by WordPress).
- Order details: items bought, amount, and payment status. Card, UPI and bank details are entered on our payment partner’s secure page and are not stored on our website.
- Browsing data: pages viewed, device and browser type, and approximate location, collected through cookies and similar tools.
How we use it
- To process payments, pack and ship orders, and handle returns and exchanges.
- To reply to your queries and send order updates by email, SMS or WhatsApp.
- To send offers or news, only if you opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To understand how the site is used and to improve it, and to measure and show relevant Antifikar ads on Meta platforms.
Who we share it with
Only the services needed to run the store: our payment partner (payments), courier and logistics partners (delivery), Google Analytics (site statistics), Meta (advertising measurement through the Meta Pixel), and our hosting and email providers. We may also disclose data when the law requires it.
Cookies
We use cookies for the cart, login, analytics and advertising measurement. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but the cart and login may not work without them.
How long we keep it
For as long as needed to serve you and meet tax, accounting and legal requirements, then we delete or anonymise it.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw your consent to marketing, by emailing contact@antifikar.com. We reply within 30 days.
Security
The site uses HTTPS and we limit who can see order data. No online system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.
Children
The site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18.

We will update this page when our practices change and show the new date here.
