Return & Exchange Policy
You can request a return or exchange within 2 days of delivery. A ₹70 pickup fee applies to returns. Start by emailing contact@antifikar.com or messaging us on WhatsApp with your order number.
Eligible for return or exchange
- Unused, unworn pieces with tags and original packaging
- Wrong item received, or a manufacturing defect
- Parcel damaged in transit (please share your unboxing video)
Not eligible
- Worn, altered or damaged pieces, or pieces without packaging
- Damage from improper care, such as perfume, chemicals or soaking
How it works
- Email or WhatsApp us your order number, photos and the reason within 2 days of delivery.
- We confirm approval within 2 working days.
- Our courier picks up the parcel. The ₹70 pickup fee is deducted from your refund or paid with your exchange.
- After we check the piece, we send the exchange or refund.
Refunds
Refunds go back to the original payment method within 7 working days of us receiving and checking the piece. Shipping charges are not refunded unless the item was wrong or defective.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to stock. If your size or style is unavailable, we refund instead.
