Using the site

You must be 18 or older, or use the site with a parent or guardian. Please give accurate details and do not misuse the site, try to break into it, or copy its photos and text without permission.

Products and descriptions

We describe each piece as accurately as we can, including base metal, plating and size. Colours can look slightly different on different screens. Our jewellery is made on a stainless steel and copper base with 18K gold PVD plating, and is nickel-free, hypoallergenic and anti-tarnish. How long a piece keeps its shine depends on skin, sweat and care, so we do not promise that any piece will never fade or tarnish.

Care

Put jewellery on after perfume, lotion and make-up, and take it off before showers, swimming and workouts. Wipe it with a soft dry cloth and store it dry. Damage from poor care is not a product defect.

Prices and orders

Prices are in Indian rupees. An order is accepted only when we confirm it by email. We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock or a price was shown in error, and will refund any amount paid.

Payments

We accept UPI, debit and credit cards and net banking, processed online by our payment partner. Cash on delivery is not available. We never see or store your full card or UPI details.

Discount codes

Codes work as stated at checkout, cannot be combined unless we say so, and have no cash value.

Shipping, returns and exchanges

These follow our Shipping & Delivery Policy and Return & Exchange Policy, which are part of these terms.

Intellectual property

The Antifikar name, logo, designs, photos and text belong to us. You may not use them commercially without written permission.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, strikes, weather or other events outside our control. Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Privacy

How we handle your data is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Mumbai have jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have as a consumer.

Changes

We may update these terms and will show the new date here. Using the site after a change means you accept it.
